I have been coaching and mentoring executives, business leaders/owners, and emerging leaders to realize new possibilities, strengthen their leadership skills, and achieve higher levels of performance since 2007.

 

As a consultant, I work closely with executives, teams and organizations to build their capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness.  I deliver customized consulting in a variety of areas including strategic planning, values and goal setting, visioning, conflict resolution, team engagement, leadership development, and board governance training. This type of consulting and coaching aligns with your strategic organizational goals and objectives.

 

My coaching process is founded in helping clients discover and leverage their strengths to enhance their leadership style and capabilities. Clients often comment that I am a very attentive listener who isn't afraid to ask tough questions, and hold them capable of achieving the results they desire.

I believe that people really matter. Every individual is creative, resourceful, and whole. I am most inspired when I'm able to witness my clients learn, change, grow and achieve their goals.
